Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut Butter Balls
adapted from mybakerlady.com

Ingredients:
1 cup butter melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (grind in blender)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup and 4 Tbsp peanut butter, divided
1 bag of milk chocolate chips

Directions:
In a medium-size bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.  Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.  Roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet.  Chill in the freezer or fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Melt the chocolate and remaining peanut butter over a low heat on the stove or in 30-second increments in the microwave (stirring between). Dip the balls in the melted chocolate/peanut butter mixture using a toothpick and return to cookie sheet.  Chill in the fridge before serving.
